Ingredients:
400 gm approx. premium beef mince (can substitute with chicken mince)
2 medium onions chopped fine
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2 green chillies
2 medium tomatoes diced
5tbsp approx white vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
Salt
Oil
3 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander
- Sauté onions and chilli in 3-4 tbsp of oil.
- When the onions start to turn golden brown, add the chopped garlic, ginger and tomatoes. Sauté until tomatoes soften.
- Add the mince and fry/brown off.
- Add turmeric and pepper powders and stir and then vinegar.
- Add salt to taste.
- Lastly, add the chopped fresh coriander. Cook until the mince is dry.
