Mum's Korma Curry Powder
My Mum’s famous Korma curry that she still cooks on almost every occasion! It’s the fresh whole spices which gives this curry a delicious, rich flavour of cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. A beautifully spiced curry using yogurt and coconut milk cooked with lamb or veggies. Serving suggestion: cook the meat dryish and serve in wraps with salad....delicious!
