Goan Vindalho Curry Powder 50g
A Goan Vindalho with Portuguese influence! This curry is usually made on special occasions and improves in taste when cooked a day or two before. Made with pork but can be substituted with chicken or beef.
Serve with crusty bread or Pulao (rice dish) - see Jen's Pulao recipe.
PS: Good for a vegetarian curry - try it with pumpkin, kumara, cauli, green beans or tofu.
